Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American model and TV personality. Burns made her debut in television in 1995 as Peg the teenager from Spain in the sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns was added to the crew of the action drama show Baywatch in 1998. She later played in the second Baywatch episode Baywatch: Hawaii until she quit the show due to her first child. Brooke Elizabeth Burns was an American fitness model, actor, and TV personality. Most famously, she is for playing Jessie Owens on the Baywatch drama.
