Eva Mendes is both an actress and model. An agent for talent recognized her talents and convinced her to go after a career as a model or actor. At the end of the day, after some thought and contemplation, she decided to drop out of university in order to work in the industry of entertainment. Following a disappointment with her performance when she entered the industry, she made her film debut in Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. She put in a lot of effort to improve her acting talents and was featured in several budget-friendly films to prove her skills. This was no easy road for this actress but her sheer willpower and determination was rewarded.
